First Day for the Mighty Sixth Grader

This first happy-thumbs-up pose is in the house ready for action (she was ready about 40 minutes early by the way...bet that won't happen often).

And this "stylish" pose is just outside with her Awesome New (and matching) Backback (a JanSport of course!) ready to go!
And finally, after much anticipation, she is at school amongst the commotion next to friend Molly (also a Theater Class buddy) who is luckily in the same classroom. HOORAY!

  • Day one went very well! In sixth grade they "rotate" classes (a beginners version of Jr. High) for 3 subjects. :) Lots of fun activities planned for the year (including a 1-week camp!) and she is delighted about it all! And no...only one backpack. The outfit was put together "around" the bacakpack. ;)
