Don't you guys look lovely! And that's Nana in front of the kids? I went through her box of things when Aunt Lily died but then the items ended up with Debbie Forden (last I saw).

Yes, that's Our Nana, direct from Blackpool -- well, maybe after a stop or two. Norman found a whole bunch of our old family 35mm slides and sent me the 'first box' of them the other day. I was hoping Ken would recognize these last few postings as slides -- but he didn't =( I don't have a slide-to-digital converter yet (just ordered one), so I put these last postings (slides) on top a flash light and took a picture of them (holding the camera very still) with my digital camera =) Worked pretty good, I thought!

Wow, really? I had no clue at all that they were photographs of slides! That's turned out amazingly well.

Looks like a pretty good conversion to digital to me. Who need a stinkin' slide-to-digital converter? Bill holds flashlight and you snap away. You could even include a tripod in the effort.
